Steps to becoming a Montezuma’s franchisee

Step # 1

After reviewing the information on the Montezuma’s web site complete and submit the Franchise Enquiry Form

Step # 2

Montezuma’s will call you on the number provided to have a general discussion, answer your questions and generally get to know each other.

Step # 3

We will send you an application form to complete before your first telephone interview. Not only will we answer your questions we will review the information you have provided in the application form.

Step # 4

After providing you with a Disclosure Document pack, including detailed financial information, we will arrange a face to face interview. You will be required to pay 10% of the Franchisee fee as a refundable deposit.

Step # 5

We will arrange a second face to face meeting to meet the Montezuma’s directors, discuss potential locations, training dates, finance and the overall progress of your application.

Step # 6

The formal side of your application will be completed by getting independent legal and professional advice, signing your Franchise agreement and paying the balance of your Franchise Fee.

Step # 7

Start learning as much as possible before you open your Montezuma’s beginning with the operations manuals and completing 8 weeks of on-site training. Montezuma’s will keep you informed of developments with regards the design and preparation of your restaurant at the same time supporting you with planning for the opening, advertising and recruiting your staff.
